General Terms and Conditions for the Trade of Safety Technology

  1. Please verify the key codes you have provided, as the coding cannot be changed afterward.
  2. The listed keys are shown separately, as they are not included in the offered products.
  3. The costs of shipping and delivery are calculated separately for each offer and cannot be transferred or adjusted by your side.
  4. The offers will only be implemented after written confirmation in the form of an order.
  5. Orders will only be processed after written confirmation of an offer or upon receipt of a specific order.
  6. To avoid delays, please use only the email address “info@asip-gmbh.de” for orders.
  7. Please state our quotation number when placing an order.
  8. The standard delivery time is 10 weeks and begins when our order confirmation is sent to you.
  9. The delivery time may change unexpectedly, as this is an import from outside the EU zone. In the event of a delay, you will be informed immediately once it becomes known.
  10. It is not possible to call off only part of the offer without prior agreement with the responsible case handler.
  11. Products with customer-specific coding cannot be exchanged or reversed, as they are manufactured specifically for the customer.

  13. For Castell products, you can access all product properties including weights at Product Catalogue – Sentric Safety Group Global.
  14. For all defects in the purchased goods that occur during the statutory warranty period of 2 years, you are entitled, at your choice, to the statutory claims for remedy of the defect, replacement delivery of the goods, or withdrawal from the purchase. Without prejudice to these statutory rights, we grant you a 12-month warranty. Damage or malfunctions caused by incorrect operation, use of force, or natural wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
  15. Please note that we act solely as a distributor and therefore do not provide planning or project engineering services. We would also like to point out that we are unable to carry out any logical verification regarding safety, functionality, and completeness.
